Should you require a refund, please open a new support ticket. Make sure you provide your PayPal email address, the name of the product, and the username and/or email you used to register yourself to the content member site.
While we typically have a 30-day "no questions asked" refund policy, we encourage you to consider carefully before requesting a refund. Refunders are tagged in our system, and repeat refunders are blacklisted so that future offers will not be accessible. If we create and sold junk, then we wouldn't care. But we create quality products and training, therefore we consider the tactics, strategies and products to be of a level of quality that should never require a refund.
